These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Response OS (Я/OS) website and platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Response OS website or applying for platform access, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not access or use our services.

2. Platform Access

Response OS is currently in a controlled beta phase. Access to the platform is granted at our discretion and may be revoked at any time. Beta access does not guarantee continued access to future versions of the platform. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the platform at any time.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Response OS only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the platform to transmit harmful, threatening, or illegal content; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any systems; interfere with the security or integrity of the platform; or impersonate any person or entity.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Response OS platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Response OS and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Response OS is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the platform. Response OS is not a medical device, crisis intervention tool, or substitute for professional medical or mental health care.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Response OS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
